The Finca Hcienda is in a wonderful Baranco beside Arico Viejo and is absolutely quiet and has lain idyllic. 4 flatlets are on the Finca. A big communal pool as well as a grill place also exist. The whole area exists of a tropical garden with small ways and resting places. All flatlets are complete and furnished very nicely and dispose of Sat TV, Washing machine etc. the flatlets are rented only " Monthly ".

Casa Amarilla, the Yellow House, is painted in a pleasant ochre tone that will fill you with a sense of peace and well-being right upon arrival.
The expansive terracotta-paved patio is an ideal relaxing spot with over 2,000 sq. feet washed by the sun during the whole day. A shady corner with a table and four chairs is at your disposal for an open-air meal at any time.
A refreshing plunge awaits you in the drop-shaped swimming-pool encircled in natural stone. The pool water is climatized and therefore perfect for a night swim under a starry sky.Flowers and ornamental plants in wooden buckets enhance the rustic look of the open-air patio.
The foyer opens onto a stylish living room featuring comfortable upholstered furniture for at least four people and a TV set with english channels. The open kitchen is equipped with first-rate appliances (e.g. glass-ceramic cook-top, microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker), as well as with modern hanging cabinets, a Zanussi refrigerator and a wine fridge. The table can sit up to four people and the small wood-framed window looks out on the patio and the swimming-pool.
A wide wooden staircase climbs downstairs into the jewel of Casa Amarilla: an open sitting room with two comfortable couches, armchairs and a couch table. The walls are decorated with naïve-style paintings of Tenerife landscapes which merge harmonically in the delicate room’s combination of light-brown and beige tones. All furnishings match the elegant nuance of the terracotta floor.
A small corridor connects the sitting room to a bathroom with corner bathtub and to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, antique wooden furniture and linen curtains. Here, too, the refined country-house tone is set by light-brown and yellow colours - the hallmark of Casa Amarilla from the patio to the roof-tiles.
The children’s bedroom welcomes its younger guests with light wood furniture, toys and stuffed animals. Friendly colours and designs create a joyous atmosphere.The corridor ends on a second smaller terrace with a view of the sea. This is where you’ll find a washing machine and enough room to hang your clothes to dry – as well as to enjoy a glass of wine while looking out onto the ocean.

Casa Blanca, the White House, is a gem of understated elegance in natural while and light-wood tones. It is designed for two people, and its light-filled rooms are ideal for poets or couples. The first thing to catch your eyes inside will be the light-grey natural stone cut and worked into the floor by the owner’s own hands.
Non-plastered white walls are the main feature of the dining corner, which is furnished with a round table and four chairs in light wood. The door looks out onto the porch and on the open kitchen also made of light wood. Its ample cabinets and kitchen top will be the joy of all hobby cooks. Here you’ll find everything you need: refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and enough crockery.
The bathroom is a successful combination of grey stone and robust glass tiles. The latter refract the light in different directions, so that even this small room is filled with great brightness.
The bedroom has a large double bed, antique bedside tables and ornate lamps. Looking up from the bed you’ll marvel at the raw wooden planks of the ceiling. The white mirror closet offers plenty of room for your wardrobe. Everything is bright and graceful. A small porch decorated with ficus-trees and geraniums stretches before the front door. Here you'll find two deckchairs, a garden table and enough room to sunbathe. Should it get too hot, you can refresh under the natural shower on the house wall - and for a taste of older times you can sit on the stone bench at the stone table.
From the left side of the porch you can walk to a small cottage outfitted with a double bed and light wood furniture, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The cottage can host two more people.
A small staircase leads from the porch to a second terrace that offers the best panoramic view of the whole resort. From here, your eyes can roam freely over the typical terraced landscape of the Canary Islands, past the rooftops and out to the sea.

|  | Casa Chiquita
This little house (50 sqm) is one of only four houses in a banana plantation in the area of "El Rincón" next to the popular vacation destination Puerto de la Cruz. It is situated admidst green nature surrounded by bambus and banana trees. From the terrace you can enjoy a view over the slopes down to Bollullo Bay and Bollullo Beach with its' black sand that is known only by a few tourists.
The house ist tastefully restored and equipped. Living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but comfortable. Sat-TV and washing machine at your disposal. We recommend to hire a car.
To Bollullo Beach you have a 100m bee-line. The way goes downward in serpentines. By car you might need 10 min, walking half an hour.

Casa Limón is a small cottage amidst green banana plantations without disturbing neighbours or let alone traffic noise. Here, one can really spend the day outside. A pool and various terraces including one roof-deck invite you to sunbathe all day, to relax and recover both body and soul. You can do whatever you like: read a book, eat on the balcony or just enjoy tranquillity and the magnificent view over the sea, coastline, mount Teide and the beautiful valley of La Orotava.
Cottage El Limón has two floors. Upstairs there is a living room with access to a balcony and a bathroom.
Downstairs there is the kitchen and a bedroom (double bed 160x200 cm). The built-in kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The furniture is new and tastful.
The living area is aprox. 50 sqm. The sofa in the living room is a daybed for a third person.
If you are looking for silence and insularity in a beautiful sourrounding with agreeable temperatures during your holiday, you will love Cottage El Limón.

Cottage Romera is made for relaxing and unforgettable vacations on Tenerife. In this tastefully restored, old and typically canarian house, there are three apartments, each one of them for up to 3 persons.
The apartments dispose of a balcony with breathtaking views over the coast and the atlantic. In apartment no. 1 and no. 2 there is a foyer with a table and an easy chair (usable as a bed for a third person). From here you can go up wooden stairs that lead you to the living room with American kitchen and dinig area. Moreover there is a bathroom (WC and shower) and a bedroom with a double bed.
Apartment no. 3 is accessable via a stairway and the balcony. Besides a living room with American kitchen there is a small bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom (WC and shower). The other bedroom disposes of a double bed and another bathroom (WC and shower).
Double beds are 160 by 200 cm, single beds are 90 by 200 cm. In every single bedroom, you will find spacious built-in cupboard.
In the kitchens you can cook on 4 ceramic stove tops and the big frigdes have an ice-box. The kitchens are fully equipped. You will find a coffee machine as well as an electric kettle. In the living rooms you can relax on comfortable couches and easy chairs.
Outside of the house there is a beautiful and well-kept garden with tropical flowers, palm trees and banana trees. A pool with plenty terraces around and not at least the amazing view over the sea make the stay unforgettable. The pool water is slightly salted.
Next to the cottage there is a parking lot for up to 6 cars.

Die Finca El Rincón befindet sich auf einem 22.000 qm großen Grundstück (10.000 qm mit Bananen bepflanzt) direkt an der Küste im idyllischen Ort La Orotava.
Und doch erreichen Sie Puerto de la Cruz zu Fuß auf einem schönen Weg in Meeresnähe in nur ungefähr einer halben Stunde, per Auto in etwa 10 Minuten. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe, und Taxis sind preiswert.
Außerdem bietet die Finca einen großzügigen Garten mit eigenem Grillplatz und zwei "privaten" Stränden.
Das freistehende "kleine Häuschen" La Casita liegt in der Nähe der großen Apartments und ist unser kleines Schmuckstück. Es verfügt über ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, eine ausgestattete Kochnische, Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie einen kleinen möblierten Vorplatz. Hier finden Sie Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit, Privatsphäre und einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer, der durch nichts gestört wird.
Sollten Sie ein Kinderbett benötigen, können Sie dies selbstverständlich bei uns anfordern, unabhängig davon, welche Unterkunft Sie mieten. Des Weiteren sind Möbel für Terrassen und Vorplätze einschließlich Liegen mit Auflagen vorhanden.
Normalerweise ist eine Heizung nicht erforderlich. Dennoch stehen Heizöfen zur Verfügung (Gasöfen nicht für Räume, in denen geschlafen wird).
Haustiere können leider nicht mitgebracht werden.
Wir bieten Ihnen wöchtenlich Reinigung (ohne Küchengeschirr) und Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche.
Meist können wie Ihnen morgens frische Brötchen bringen. Außerdem beieten wir Einkaufs- und Wäscheservice.
