The villa is secluded and the heated pool area is perfect for nudists. The interior decoration is tasteful and of high standard. The location is in a very quiet cul-de-saque road in a exclusive villa area. The large lounge has a SAT-TV (flat screen), an open fireplace for the "cooler Canarian winters", some very nice sofas and a desc with Internet access (WLan)for your laptop. Next to it is the dining area and a conservatory with view to the garden/terrace. There are 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom with on-suite bathroom and shower/WC. Second bedroom with double bed 140 x 2 m and a bathroom next door with shower/WC. Third bedroom is in a small studio just in front of the house with twin beds 180 x 2 m and own bathroom with shower/WC. In each bedroom is a SAT-TV. The kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher microwave coffee machine 4-hob ceramic plates oven fridge-/freezer etc. Provided are: linen and towels washing machine on request baby bed WLan Internet access sun loungers BBQ garden furniture air conditioning hot/cold. Parking in front of the house. Restaurant/supermarket: 2 min. by car. Next beach: 10 min. by car. Next town: Puerto de la Cruz.
