Lovely large villa with pool, built in bungalow style, located in the green north near “El Sauzal” the sunniest region of north Tenerife. By car only 10 minutes to bustling “Puerto de la Cruz” which is one of the top international resorts. The villa has a large living room with SAT-TV (English channels and also chanel: "A place in the sun") Video and DVD player, internet braodband access for own laptop, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Another small sitting room next to the lounge offers a double bed couch. All rooms are comfortably laid out and children friendly with large terraces all around and a dream view over the Atlantic, the heated pool and lawn, the quite location, – this is a house for your total relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, expresso machine, elect. kettle, toaster etc. In front of the kitchen is another outdoor kitchen with a large BBQ. A car park is within the plot. The house is wheelchair friendly. Car hire essential, next supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy about 5 min. by car. Next beaches: “Mesa del Mar” or “Puerto de la Cruz” about 10 min. by car. “Playa Las Teresitas” in Santa Cruz about 30 min. by car. Bedlinen and towels are available. Extra sofa bed 150 x 180 cm for 1 - max. 2 pers. available. Internet access provided.
