This exceptional luxurious villa with a private 50m2 heated pool is located in “Santa Ursula” within the most exclusive area of the north of Tenerife. “Puerto de la Cruz”, the ‘pearl’ of the north, is a few minutes away by car. The villa is tastefully furnished and has a large garden of approx. 400 m2 and a heated pool. In winter the pool has a constant temperature of 26 deg. C. It offers stunning views to Puerto de la Cruz along the north coast of the island. Mount Teide and the Atlantic Ocean. One of the two lounges is open air looking to the garden. The large terraces offer a selection of comfortable garden furniture, pool loungers and a gas BBQ. The main interior lounge has also a dining area and an open fireplace for the “cooler Canarian winters”. There is a SAT-TV with some English ‘Sky’ channels, DVD, and videos for children and adults. HiFi Stereo with ipod MP3 hub connection and CD-player. And for those who want to make their own music, a piano.... The house is centrally heated when necessary. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest WC: 1 master bedroom with large double bed, sliding doors to the garden, en-suite bathroom with tub/shower and WC + 1 sofa bed for 2 children. 1 independent bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/WC. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, sliding doors to the garden, TV, Video- and DVD player. 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower/twin basins/WC. 1 bedroom with a single bed and guest WC. Free phone line for guest use: ADSL (Wireless or cable) access for own laptops in the whole house. 1 Spanish mobile phone. Incoming calls only if international, incoming and outgoing national and local calls free of charge. The large modern Italian kitchen is fully equipped with: American size fridge/freezer Dishwasher Washing machine 6-flame gas hob / oven Microwave Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. etc…. There are panoramic views of the ocean from the cooker and breakfast bar. Available are: Bed linen, towels, beach towels, beach bags, adult sun tent and rug, large range of children’s games and toys for all ages as well as videos and DVDs. Baby cot free of charge, PLEASE BRING OWN LINEN FOR COT ONLY. Large and secure car parking area to the front of the house. Nearest restaurant: approx. 1 minute away by car Nearest large supermarket 3 minutes by car, small grocery shop 3 minutes walk. Beaches: approx 10 min. by car. Entrance & exit times are flexible, however if new guests are arriving on the same day as departure, we ask guests to vacate by 11am. N.B. This property is located on a hill, car hire is strongly recommended even though there are services nearby.
