Das Grundstück hat eine Größe von 33.829qm und wäre auch teilbar. Es liegt im Flur 7, Flurstück 6, Nummer 1.
 
Das Grundstück liegt oberhalb des Kreisverkehrs direkt rechts an der alten Inselhauptstrasse Ctra General. Die Straßenfront beträgt ca. 160m. Auf der anderen Seite endet das Grundstück an einem Barranco.

  Da der Verkauf schnell gehen soll, haben wir uns für einen absoluten Dumping-Preis entschieden, nämlich 65.000€ anstatt bei ortsüblichen Angeboten von 120.000 - 180.000 € und mehr.

  Das Nachbargrundstück ist am Stromnetz angeschlossen, so daß eine Stromversorgung somit kein Problem wäre. Außerdem geht eine Wasserrinne über das Grundstück. Eine solche Versorgung wäre also auch gewährleistet.  

Eine Baugenehmigung liegt derzeit noch nicht vor, aber für eine landwirtschaftliche Nutzung könnten derartige Gebäude inkl. einer Wohnung genehmigt werden. Eine weitere Nutzung wäre zu prüfen. Aus diesem Grund bieten wir das Grundstück zu einem solch günstigen Preis an.
